We are not an estate agent, and although we know they can do great work regarding selling and renting your property, we are a company that has evolved from building and maintaining properties for many years.
Ok, it might be different for a building company to become a letting agent, but it works. We use Ringrose Law, an excellent well established local legal company to make sure that each tenancy agreement is fully compliant and ensuring that we are fully up to date with ever changing tenancy law and government legislation. But in our opinion, equally as important is the property itself.
We have used the same tradesman for many years, they are all fully qualified, 100% trustworthy, reliable and give us an amazing service. We know we show our appreciation to them in the right way as they keep turning up for us whenever asked, sometimes at extremely short notice.
