Take over once the right tenant has been found and manage the ongoing tenancy. We totally pride ourselves on the care that we give to the tenant and the landlord. At LCL Property Management we carry out regular inspections on every property letting, ensuring your house is being properly cared for by your tenant. Detailed inspections are then carried out by our team when a tenancy agreement is complete, and our staff even handle the release of the tenancy deposit, taking the hassle away from you.
For the tenant we will find a property to meet your needs and budget as well as arrange a viewing time that suits you. We will help you to fill in any required paperwork and be on hand to explain any details that you may be unsure of. We want you to enjoy the renting of our properties and therefore will ensure that everything is dealt with as quickly and easily as possible. We deal with the Landlords so therefore if you have any problems you can come directly to us.
For the landlord we can supply letting only, or full management and we use a professional company to credit check any prospective tenants for your own peace of mind. If required we are more than happy to arrange for your Gas Safe Check with a certified Gas Safe engineer and also organise your energy performance certificates. We understand that your property is your asset and will therefore strive to ensure that we find the right tenant for you.
