Is our in house rental company. We deal with all aspects of tenancy agreements, deposits, pre-tenancy inspections and generally finding the right tenant for either one of our properties, or indeed, one of your properties.
Lets be honest... Happy landlords like to know their property is being well cared for, as they would care for it themselves. We strive to find the right tenants and we will take whatever time is needed to find that tenant. We understand that not every applicant is right for every property and we will never just place someone in your house without ensuring that all parties are happy with all aspects of the agreement they are signing.
